Snoop Dogg to Perform At MTV Movie Awards

The MTV Movie Awards is in 2 days and iAm sooooooo excited! iLove the braodcast, iWatch it religiously every year. While the lineup for the festivities already include big names such as Chris Rock , Adam Sandler, Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, the cast of Twilight (of course they will be there, for the poast 2 years iFeel like they should of called it MTV Presents: Twilight and other Films), and Zac Efron just to name a few, Snoop Dogg and Katy Perry will prove they go together like gin and juice…at least for that night.  Snoop will join Ms. Perry onstage, where they’re set to perform their new hit single California Gurls as confirmed by MTV.com. The single sold 294,000 digital downloads in its first week, the second biggest digital downloads ever by a female singer in a week, behind Today Was a Fairytale  by Taylor Swift which sold 325,000 in a week, and debuted at number 1 on the Billboard Digital Songs chart. It debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it Perry’s highest debut on the chart . The song as also been called tis years summer anthem. iAm so pysched for the performance. iAm a pretty big Katy Perry fan and Snoop as well. While i’m not to big on the song iDo like it. It isn’t one of those songs that makes me wanna put it on repeat throughout the day (currently the song that’s doing that to me is Can’t Be Tamed by Miley Cyrus…hell i’m listning to it now). Either way, i’m sure the performance will be great. While there is no exact date for the release of the video,  check out the below.
