Prince (who iCall the most beautiful man to ever walk the face of the earth. Not to mention he looks better than most women) covers the July issue of Ebony Magazine. Prince opens up in what the magazine calls a “12-hour encounter”. The musical genius opens up in his own way about topics ranging from his experience as a Jehovah’s Witness and his priorities regarding his relationship with Bria Valente. As the pop star approaches 52 (only 52…iswear he doesn’t look a day over 45), I’m sure that fans can expect a new album soon.
According to allhiphop.com, Juvenile is set to release his album Beast Mode, the follow up to December’s release of Cocky and Confident (he had an album released in December? where the hell have iBeen?) The album is said to have no features, which seems to be a new trend among many upcoming albums these days, and was produced by Juvenile himself. The first single form the album which is stated for a early July release is entitled Drop That Azz. It was released on iTunes on May 18th. iLike Juvenile. iwas lucky enough to have met him twice. iAm very much excited for his album and iHope it puts him back on the rap charts where he belongs.
Thanks to theybf.com we learned that 1 of my favorite people in the world Miss Jada Pinkett Smith covers the July issue of Essence magazine and lets just say that she’s baring it all!. Jada who is not only an established actress, is a mother of 3, singer, producer, and is married to actor and rapper Will Smith. They are like sex with clothes on to me. There are two covers to the magazine and one shows Jada wearing nothing but MAC. My grandma and iHave always stated that she has the most beautiful skin ever (next to Gabrielle Union of course). In the issue she talks about what gave her the motivation to actually pose nude and, she talks about raising a blended family of artists and being a wife and businesswoman all at once. The issue hits news stands on June 11th.
Every1 thought that Chris’ career was over since his situation with the alien. Though his album ‘ sold as much as he (and I) would have wanted it 2, it still did okay. Not only that, but Chris has been shooting videos, having photo shoots, and has embarked on a fan appreciation tour. So the guy is still gettin money and still has a support system. The tour was scheduled to hit the U.K. but according to Rap-Up.com, they don’t want him over there. The fact that he’s a felon sparked the rejection of his visa. iReally don’t think its fair. He lost millions of dollars, fans, and his album flopped, but yet people still can’t get over the situation. It happened a year and like 4 months ago people ! What else can he do? iKnow he doesn’t need to apologize anymore because it’s not his place to do so. iThink the real reason he isn’t allowed over there is because Rihanna’s big Cherry headed ass is over there on tour herself. Can some 1 please ship that bitch back to Barbados 4 me?
Okay i’ll admit it. iLike Christina Aguilera, iAlways have since Genie in a Bottle. iEven owned the album when it was released. After a four year hiatus (she got married and had a baby) Xtina has returned to the Pop world and iMust say…i’ve been waiting. Bionic is a mix of a Euro/Electronica/Pop/Dance sound which is what everyone who wants a hit is using. The 18- track set (24 if you get the deluxe edition like me) is a rollercoaster ride of up tempo dance tracks that goes into this slow zone in the middle and shoots dierectly back into full speed toward the end of the album. Bionic reflects a new direction for Christina Aguilera without abandoning the singer’s history and the sound that long-time fans have come to know. But unfortunately her outspoken openness toward her sexuality also acts as a barrier at times.iThink she pushes her sexualitytoo much. It’s great that she’s standing for something and making it clear that she knows It causes one to get tired of it so quickly. It seems to me that she’s trying to keep up with Ke$ha, Rihanna, and her well known rival Britney Spears, by forcing herself to do music thats not her at all. Artists are always reinventing themselves, but sometiems it doesn’t work out for them like they would hope. iGive Bionic a 7.8/10.
