Yesterday we posted a teaser trailer (it was more of a sneak peak because the video was 7 minutes…that’s 2 long 4 a trailer) for Mortal Kombat: Rebirth was released. It will serve as a “visual re-boot” of the original video game franchise. The clip features Michael Jai White as Jax, Jeri Ryan as Sonya Blade, Matt Mullins as Johnny Cage, Lateef Crowder as Baraka and Ian Anthony Dale as Scorpion. It also features appearances from popular characters including: Sub Zero, Reptile and Shang Tsung. Sources speculate that the trailer could indicate a reboot movie or a tie in live-action short film series to replace CGI cut scenes for the next Mortal Kombat game. Either way it goes, iAm so amped! iLove Mortal Kombat. Raiden, Scorpion, Sub Zero and Sonya Blade are my favorite characters. It would great to see a new version or installment to the movie franchise. iLove both of the films and not to mention I’m a pretty good Mortal Kombat player myself.

Being that the last installment comes out next year, it’ll be good if iWait until then. iCan very much excited for this sneek peek, iMay actually go to the theaters to see it…or wait for my local bootlegger guy :).

The stars we’re out last night as the premeire of Sex and the City 2 hit New York City (and why wouldn’t it, thats where the show and the movie takes place). Everyone in the main cast looked great as usual, someone stole the SILVER carpet event. Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie Bradshaw) stood out with her new yellow Valentino dress. This goes to show you that she really does have a sense of fashion. Maybe her and Carrie Bradshaw are more than just an actress portryaing a character with a passion for fashion. Its very seldome that you see Sarah Jessica Parker having a bad fashion day.
