In celebration of Oprah’s magazine O 10th anniversary, The big O gave everyone associated with the magazine an iPad and $10,000. Regardless of how long they have worked there, everyone was lucky enough to receive one so even new workers got the goods. That means if you started yesterday you recieved a iPad and $10,000. And although Oprah is ending her talk show in 2011, she has no plans of ending her magazine. Congrats on the success of the magazine (that my grandma is subscribed to religiously). My grandma has to be the biggest Oprah fan in the world. To her, Oprah can do no wrong, and you know what, iThink shes right.
Prince (the most beautiful man alive) is to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at the BET Awards this year. The 51 year old superstar (yes 51…he doesn’t look a day over 40 iSwear) joins Whitney Houston, James Brown, and Al Green who have all been honored for the award. BET says the Prince tribute will stand out. Stephan G. Hill, the president of programming, music and specials for the network, said BET will celebrate the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer’s “unique style.” He also called the performer dynamic, genius, and that he IS music. iKnow 4 a fact that Cie Cie will be watching, and so will I. iLove Prince and iCan’t wait to see what he’s wearing to the event!

BET announced today that the rapper will take the stage for “a dynamic comeback performance.” This will be his first major awards show appearance since last year’s memorable MTV Video Music Awards. While it has not been revealed what he will perform, there’s a good chance it will include his new single Power from his forthcoming album Good Ass Job.
Ludacris, Rick Ross, and DJ Khaled have also been added to this year’s lineup. They join previously announced performers T.I., Drake, Diddy-Dirty Money, Nicki Minaj, and Trey Songz. The 10th annual event will be hosted by Queen Latifah and John Legend will receive the Humanitarian Award. The BET Awards 2010 airs live Sunday, June 27, at 8 p.m. EST from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
Last night Keri Hilson attended the 2010 VH1 Hip Hop Honors at the Hammerstien Ballroom. It seems that Keri decided to try the new trend of the summer: slip dresses and bustier tops together with all of the right accessories and pieces. Keri matched her semi-sheer bustier top with a chic pair of baggy cropped pants and peep-toe booties and iLove it. This look really works for her. Ladies if you decide to try this trend, stay partially covered up. Don’t try to show too much skin…@ leats in public, it’s perfectly fine in the bedroom. Drake sports a free Lil’ Wayne shirt at the HipHop Honors lastnight. iKnow for a fact that eveyone from Young Money and escpecially Baby (Birdman) were missing Wayne last night. According to hollywood.com, NBC has added a new show to its fall 2010 roster entitled Undercovers, which will star the gorgeous Boris Kodjoe (he’s like the most beautiful man i’ve ever seen since Prince) along side British actress Gugu Mbatha-Raw (can someone pronounce her name 4 me?). The show revolves around Stephan and Samantha Bloom, a husband and wife spy duo who return from years of retirement as CIA agents. They have a successful resturant business and live a normal life…at least until they are asked to help some1 on a mission. It gives me a black Mr. and Mrs. Smith feel, except they arent trying to kill each other. While iWill be tunning in for the 1st few episodes, iHope millions of others will also. Is it sad to say that iThink it won’t last longer than 2 seasons? Judge for yourself by watching the trailer below.
